Return policy

Returns are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed AND with all tags attached. You may return merchandise, for full refund, by mail within 10 days of receipt of purchase. PLEASE NOTE: Only items marked as FINAL SALE are not returnable. For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on undergarments. PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund shipping charges. This policy only affects website purchases.
In the event that you receive a defective product, you will be given 7 days after receiving your package to notify us of the defect for it to be eligible for return or exchange. If you do not notify us of the product defect within this 7 day period it will be up to our discretion as to whether or not the item will be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchange policy

Domestic Exchanges: no additional shipping charges will be added to your exchange.
International Exchanges: International orders exchanges are subject to secondary shipping charges. This policy only affects website purchases.

Items bought during a promotion
If exchanging an item bought during a promotion for another size or color of the same style you will NOT be charged for the difference. If exchanging an item bought during a promotion for a different style, the promotional discount will no longer apply.

How to make a return/exchange
Pack and securely seal the merchandise in the original package, if possible. When sending the package, please include the invoice or a copy of the invoice with your return/exchange request, and send the package to the address below. We recommend that you insure the return package, as we are not responsible for packages not shipped by us.

Refunds
Please allow us two to three business days from the date of receiving your return to credit your account. The credited amount will take approximately 2-5 days to appear on your bank statement. We do not refund shipping charges.
